I haven't seen a whole lot of Olympics being only 21 but the opening ceremonies are always my favorite part. And this year? Shit. Dude. They were awesome.

Every single one of those performers only did one thing - so there were 15,000 performers in all.
SO amazing.
And I know that the Chinese don't really smile,it's not part of their culture; and I know that they were ordered to smile more while cameras were on them, but when I saw all their smiley faces (even if it was fake), waving at the crowd, I loved them all.
And how much did you want to hug little-Earthquake-boy-hero? SO ADORABLE.
